Conor Bradley
Conor Bradley had trained at Liverpool’s Northern Ireland Development Centre since he was nine. He first spent time in the youth‑setup at St Patrick’s Athletic and Dungannon Swifts before joining the Reds full‑time in 2019. After a year, he signed his first professional contract and spent most of that season with the U‑23s.
Bradley joined the first‑team for pre‑season in 2021 and made his senior debut against Norwich City in the Carabao Cup that autumn. He went on to make five first‑team appearances under Jürgen Klopp before spending the season on loan at Bolton Wanderers. There, he featured 53 times, won the EFL Trophy, and collected Fans’ Player of the Year, Players’ Player of the Year, and shared Young Player of the Year.
Back at Liverpool, Bradley emerged as the second‑choice right‑back behind Trent Alexander‑Arnold. His breakout came in January 2024, when he started back‑to‑back wins over Bournemouth and Chelsea—registering a goal and three assists—and earned man‑of‑the‑match in both games. The terrace chant “There’s only one Conor Bradley” echoed around Anfield after his Chelsea display.
In February, he started in Liverpool’s Carabao Cup Final victory over Chelsea, securing his first piece of silverware at the club he’s been tied to since age nine. With Trent’s likely departure this summer, Bradley looks set to inherit the starting right‑back role; however, he will be keen to shake off the niggling injuries that hampered his title‑winning 2024–25 campaign.
